Shipping policy

Our processing time is 1-3 business days but may be longer during holidays and other times when promotions are running, this is in addition to shipping time. Orders shipped within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method.  Please email us at allison@enchantedelegancejewelry.com if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timeframes, and we will check your order status.
