No. Creating an account will allow you to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Any problems or questions about your account please email me at allison@enchantedelegancejewelry.com

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at allison@enchantedelegancejewelry.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Regular Website Items

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us immediately after ordering, via allison@enchantedelegancejewelry.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it  has shipped. If not, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.

Custom Orders

Once a Custom Order has been approved and paid for, we cannot cancel or refund your order.

Our processing time is 1-3 business days. That is in addition to Shipping time. Orders shipped within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method.  Please email us at allison@enchantedelegancejewelry.com if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timeframes, and we will check your order status.

We only ship to the United States at this time.

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered, where it’s being delivered, and the shipping options you have choosen. If your order value is more than $50, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Please go to either our Custom Jewelry Order Page, or our Custom Wedding Order Page and fill out the required information. Someone will be in contact with you within 24-48 business hours.

We do not except exchanges or returns for our items, but please contact me if there is any problem with your order.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via allison@enchantedelegancejewelry.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 business hours. 

1. Condition your clay and roll it on to your slab. Secure slab by using a brayer or roller.

2. Prepare your transfer by cutting it to the size of your slab or the size you'd prefer.

3. Lay your transfer image side down on the clay. Make sure to secure it to the clay with a brayer or roller, making sure to get out any air bubbles.

4. Turn on the faucet and allow the cool water, with low pressure, to run over the clay and transfer paper. You can gently rub over the top of the clay to remove any excess paper.

5. Wait about 5 minutes for clay to dry before using cutters to cut out desired shapes.

6. Bake as usual per clays manufacturers instructions.

Take a small brush and cornstarch or flour, and apply a small amount onto the transfer until it no longer feels sticky. You can also dip the cutter in the cornstarch to prevent sticking in the clay.

1. Make sure to condition you clay well.

2. Roll you clay out to about 2-3mm thick and secure to your surface with a brayer or acrylic roller.

3. Dip cutter into cornstarch or flour and tap off access to prevent sticking to the clay.

4. Apply even pressure to the cutter when you press it into the clay.

5. If you are using an embossed cutter: Put the cutter into the clay about 1/4 of the way, pull back, and push all the way through the clay. This will ensure a more defined image.

6. Remove excess clay, and bake according to the manufacturers instructions.

7. After baking allow to cool. Some slight sanding may be needed, apply resin or varnish if you choose.

1. After using cutters,wash them in luke warm water and soap. Wipe and dry with a towel.

2. Do not store cutters in direct sunlight or put them in hot water or dishwasher to clean.

3. Clay cutters are not toys and are not suitable for children, may cause a choking hazard.
